We are looking for a talented Medior / Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with a sharp mind!
This role will suit an analytical performance marketer with a demonstrated minimum 3-5 years experience in Google Ads campaign management. This role requires a strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, conversion tracking and campaign optimisation, as well as Google Ads Editor capabilities.
The ideal candidate will also have some knowledge of GTM and Meta Ads campaign management. Candidates who have additional experience in connected areas of the digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, WordPress/Shopify, email marketing, CRM management, etc.) will have a clear advantage in the hiring process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, setup, management and reporting of PPC campaigns, managing tracking & client relations
- Manage a portfolio of our clients performance marketing campaigns, including setup, optimisation, and reporting.
- Monitor and report on PPC and paid online advertising campaigns, mostly Google Ads and Meta ads.
- Research other paid ad options to identify the best fit for the client’s business goals.
- Optimisation, day-to-day management of Digital Marketing campaigns (bidding, audiences, ad text, etc).
- Conduct in-depth website audits (CRO)
- Identify conversion rate optimization possibilities and conversion path issues.
- Ensure campaigns are tagged appropriately and that data is absorbed into an effective test-and-learn strategy to continually improve results.
- Research and recommend creative and innovative digital campaign tactics and experiences based on data and insights, keeping abreast of market changes and trends.
Campaign & Ad Reporting
- Prepare monthly reports to clients on marketing metrics and performance KPIs to understand the health of campaigns.
- Build, monitor, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platform campaigns.
- Utilize 1st party customer match list implementation and segmentation.
- Adjusting strategy and understanding nuance between e-commerce and lead generation campaigns, including implementing 3rd party CRM integrations (offline conversion tracking).

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years’ experience in performance marketing and PPC advertising.
- A very sharp mind – able to process a lot of information and data and synthesize them
- The ability to keep a strategic overview and see growth opportunities in your campaigns.
- Proven Experience managing Google- and Meta Ads campaigns (+LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Experience using Google Analytics GA4.
- Dependable, organised, and a team player.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Native Hungarian language skills are also a must-have!
- Understanding of PPC Ads reporting and implementation.
- Experience in marketing analytics and tracking campaign performance.
- GTM implementation and management experience will be a distinct advantage.
